Service Hour Form!

Hi, HHS! Please submit your hours for the semester here. Remember we require six hours per semester and an extra hour for every meeting that you miss. We keep attendance, and if you don't know if you missed a meeting we'll be sending emails out to remind everyone. Hours are due at midnight this Friday, January 9th! Thank you!
